For me personal, many of the song from this record set my musical standard.
Amazingly produced.
I once had an oppurtunaty to talk to one of the guitarplayer on this record (Steve Lukather from Toto) and he told me that one of mr Q abillity was to pick the the rigth people to work together, to make great music.

Being from Michigan I can tell you that were all saddened by his behavior.
